Last updated October 9, 2026. This notice describes the information collected by the Build the Brand webinar interest form operated for Mehgan James.
What the form collects
We collect your first name, email address, optional phone number, the text of your consent, the time of your signup, and campaign labels (UTM source, medium and campaign) if they are present in the page link. You do not need to provide card information or pay to join.
How your information is used
Your information is used to record interest in the three-day webinar and provide the confirmation and webinar updates you consented to receive. When the Brevo connection is active, consented signups are added to the webinar list and confirmation emails are requested through Brevo. We do not sell your form submissions. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are stored in the website’s managed database. Website hosting and database providers process the information to operate this form. Brevo processes your contact details for webinar email communication when connected. Joining the linked WhatsApp group is optional; other members may see your phone number. Gmail, calendar and Zoom links open external services under their own policies. We keep interest-list information only as needed for webinar communication and administration, or until you request removal.
Your choices
Submitting the form is optional. You may ask the team to access, correct or remove your signup through the contact channel on Mehgan’s official profile. Any future webinar emails should include an unsubscribe option. Do not send sensitive information through the contact channel.
Local browser storage
The page may store a session-only marker indicating that you submitted the form. It does not store your name or email in that marker. Hosting infrastructure may use technically necessary cookies. No advertising pixel or optional analytics tracker has been added to this funnel.
